![]() The Ultimate Edition is a great deal to get Miles Morales for PS5 as well as the aforementioned remastered version of the original. It was released in 2020, but it’s certainly one of the best PS4 and PS5 games to pick up for those who have yet to test the waters. ![]() Capcom: Infinite is just severely lacking in content. Capcom 3 was criticized for failing to deliver on its promise of a 'robust,' fully-fledged story despite being released at a time where multiple fighters preceding it or put out around the same period had moved beyond Excuse Plots, Infinite's development team stressed that the game would have an extensive and immersive cinematic Story Mode. It’s a fact that would hardly be known given the release of Infinite in 2017. Though not necessarily groundbreaking, the game adds tasteful new features to things like the combat to make Spider-Man: Miles Morales feel like a worthwhile entry in what’s sure to be a special and wider universe crafted by Insomniac. Capcom series is one of the most beloved and successful fighting game franchises. Miles Morales scales things down to tell an intimate side story away from Peter and succeeds in fleshing out the high potential that the new young hero has. It was also released to a great critical reception and served as a good appetizer for the upcoming PS5 exclusive Spider-Man 2. Spider-Man: Miles Morales was a spin-off/semi-sequel to their series opener, as it takes place after Peter Parker’s story in that game and focuses on Miles’ iteration of the superhero. ![]() The next clearest candidate would be Insomniac’s most recent endeavor back in the Spider-Man sandbox.
